Terms and Conditions for INJEKTO 2.0 Mechanical/Electronics Kit AND SHREDII 3.0/4.0/5.0 Mechanical, Power Drive, Cleaning and Electronics Kit Purchase
YOU MUST READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW BEFORE PURCHASING THE INJEKTO 2.0 MECHANICAL AND/OR ELECTRONICS KIT AND/OR SHREDII 3.0/4.0/5.0 MECHANICAL KIT INCLUDING ADD-ON KITS.
The INJEKTO 2.0 Mechanical Kit and/or SHREDII 3.0/4.0/5.0 Mechanical Kit are sold strictly as replicas of the structural parts that we used to build our INJEKTO 2.0 and/or SHREDII 3.0/4.0/5.0 prototypes, and do NOT include ANY of the electronics/electrical/pneumatic components (unless an Electronics Kit or other add-on kit such as the Power Drive Kit is purchased separately). The decision to add custom or provided electronics and pneumatics is to be decided and completed solely by the purchaser of the kit, who must agree to assume ALL risk that is presented with setting up and connecting electronics and pneumatics of this nature. A wiring diagram is not provided, and the final assembly method is to be determined by the purchaser or user. If you proceed to buying, building and/or assembling the electronic and electrical components for either of these machines, you MUST have a certified professional (ie. electrician) complete the build as it can be extremely dangerous if not done properly.
As explained in the YouTube videos and on our website, this product features safety concerns including high forces, pinch points, excessive heating (potential fires), and electrical safety.
There may be import tax, brokerage fees and other duties due upon shipment with some carriers including but not limited to UPS, Canada Post and USPS. You agree to pay any outstanding fees related to the incoming parcel.
