BECAUSE PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER, WE DO NOT ACCEPT GENERAL RETURNS.
NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/RETURNS
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, AND CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND UNLESS THE ITEM YOU PURCHASED IS DEFECTIVE DUE TO MANUFACTURING ERROR AND OUT OF STOCK (SEE BELOW).
DAMAGED/QUALITY ISSUES
IF YOUR PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, PLEASE SEND A PHOTOGRAPH WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND DESCRIBE THE DAMAGE. IF DEFECT OR DAMAGE IS DUE TO MANUFACTURING, WE WILL REPLACE YOUR PRODUCT. A FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK AND WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND A REPLACEMENT.
