Our warranty covers:

• Product failures caused by normal, intended use

Warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery and may vary by product category:

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help.

Simply contact us with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Photos or videos of the issue
• A short description of what happened

Our team may ask a few troubleshooting questions to better understand the problem. If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we’ll work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s replacement parts, repair, or another resolution.

The following are not covered under warranty:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper operation
• Improper assembly, installation, maintenance, or storage
• Using the product for purposes other than its intended use
• Modifications, repairs, or changes not authorized by us (including disassembling any component)
• Damage caused by using incompatible materials, accessories, or third-party parts
• Damage caused by foreign objects, contamination, debris, or improper materials
• Electrical damage from improper power supply, surges, or incorrect voltage
• Normal wear and tear on consumable or wear items (such as blades, nozzles, belts, seals, bearings, filters, brushes, cutting edges, coatings, or similar components)
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect performance

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement parts, replacement, or another resolution, based on product availability and the nature of the defect.
