MASTE is a patent-pending metal paste. It is compatible with INJEKTO M, but can also be used independently.

When heated and extruded into a mold, the cooled/hardened MASTE part can be placed into a furnace to produce pure copper metal parts.

MASTE is 100% reusable prior to being placed in the furnace, so you can keep remolding it if needed.

MASTE SPECS:

  • MASTE will begin to flow at 80ºC (176ºF)
  • One Step Sintering Process (No Debinding Step)
  • Sintering Instructions: Sinter at 1020ºC (1868ºF) for 2 hours. Specific instructions included with purchase.
  • Shrinkage (After Furnace): 6%
  • Density of MASTE post-sintering: 8.00 g/cm³
  • Thermal Conductivity (Finished Parts): 250W/(mk) 
  • Weight Per Jar: 333g

MASTE is awesome!

I used MASTE for a jewelry project and it worked great. It was easy to mold, and once it set it became real metal. My custom pieces turned out really nice after a bit of polishing.
