MASTE Bronze is a patent-pending metal paste. It is compatible with INJEKTO M, but can also be used independently.
When heated and extruded into a mold, the cooled/hardened MASTE part can be placed into a furnace to produce bronze metal parts.
MASTE is 100% reusable prior to being placed in the furnace, so you can keep remolding it if needed.
MASTE BRONZE SPECS:
- MASTE Bronze will begin to flow at 80ºC (176ºF)
- One Step Sintering Process (No Debinding Step)
- Sintering Instructions: Sinter at 820ºC (1508ºF) for 3 hours. Specific instructions included with purchase.
- Shrinkage (After Furnace): 12%
- Density of MASTE Bronze post-sintering: 7.50 g/cm³
- Thermal Conductivity (Finished Parts): 35W/(m.K)
- Weight Per Jar: 333g (3 jars included, total 1kg)
