Terms and Conditions for INJEKTO M, Furnace, MASTE and FUSION MIX Purchase

YOU MUST READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW BEFORE PURCHASING THE INJEKTO M KIT AND/OR MASTE AND FUSION MIX.

INJEKTO M:

Please be aware that the INJEKTO M machine generates significant forces, with potential risks of pinch points, overheating (which may lead to fire hazards), and electrical safety concerns. Caution is essential, and all operational guidelines must be strictly followed. Modifications are to be completed at your own risk.

FURNACE:

The furnace used for sintering MASTE may reach temperatures exceeding 2100°F (1150°C), posing a significant fire hazard. Operation must be conducted in a controlled, safe environment. The excessive heat can cause burns, serious injuries, and property damage. Appropriate safety equipment must be worn at all times when working near the furnace. Never leave it unattended or accessible to children or pets.

MASTE and FUSION MIX:
MASTE and FUSION MIX may produce fine dust during use. Always work in a well-ventilated area, such as outdoors or in a fume hood, and take necessary precautions to avoid inhalation. If inhaled, please consult a medical professional immediately.

Age and Liability Acknowledgment:

By unpackaging, assembling and/or using the INJEKTO M machine or associated parts (eg. the furnace), you confirm that you are at least 19 years of age. You acknowledge and accept all inherent risks and assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages resulting from use or modification of the product, including the use of electronic or electrical components. You also agree that you are not purchasing any product from this website for anyone under the age of 19, and not allow our products to be used or operated by children or anyone under the age of 19.

Liability Waiver:

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you (the purchaser and/or user) waive all corporate and personal liabilities from Action BOX Innovations Inc. and its directors, officers, affiliates, employees, shareholders and other external third parties involved in the business operation. You also agree that you have read and agree to the website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 

Shipping/Customs Fees Waiver:

If shipping outside of the United States, there may be import tax, brokerage fees and other duties due upon shipment with some carriers including but not limited to UPS, Fedex, Canada Post and USPS. You agree to pay any outstanding fees related to the incoming parcel.
